balancing internal vs external - letting go of the internal conflicts and grounding myself….that has been my week
During my class yesterday, we worked on core strength and balancing your body in motion, by the end of class I started to get the hang of it…and my muscles feel it today.
I recently bought spray bottles to make bug spray and linen water. However, today I created a spray to help calm and strengthen concentration.
It’s a witch hazel base with patchouli, rosemary, and peppermint.
I also mixed up a bug spray to try…I’m very curious to see how well it works.
My next project is creating an oil blend for the digestive track to apply during my reflexology sessions.
